Within the standard service area, the initial delivery of an empty box and return to pickup a full box is $99 roundtrip. You can receive a precise delivery fee based on your zip code by using our online ordering tool or calling us directly. New customers who commit to a term of 4 months or longer within our standard service area receive free initial delivery.

We offer true temporary storage with no minimum contract. Rent by the day, week, or month. While we do offer better rates for longer terms, there’s no forced commitment.

Often same day if you call before noon. Otherwise, next day delivery is standard. We’re one of the fastest responding storage companies in San Diego.
Can I access my items while in temporary storage?
Yes! If boxes are stored at your location, access them anytime. If stored at our facility, schedule access during business hours. Same day or next day access is typically available.
What size is the Big Box storage unit?
Each Big Box measures 8’L x 5’W x 7’H with approximately 300 cubic feet of capacity and a 2,000 lb weight limit. That’s equivalent to about 1.5 rooms of furniture.
How secure and weatherproof is a Big Box?
Big Boxes are steel construction with weatherproof seals, perfect for San Diego’s climate. Items stored at our facility also have climate control options and 24/7 security monitoring.
What if I need the temporary storage longer than expected?
No problem! Just let us know and we’ll extend your rental on a flexible basis. No penalties for extending your temporary storage period.
Can you store temperature sensitive items?
For temperature sensitive items, we recommend our climate controlled facility storage option. Perfect for electronics, artwork, wine, photographs, and sensitive documents.

Do you offer insurance for temporary storage?
Your homeowners or renters insurance typically covers items in temporary storage. We can also recommend third party storage insurance options.
How does delivery and pickup work for a Big Box?
We deliver clean, empty Big Boxes to your location at your scheduled time. You pack on your schedule, then call us when ready. We’ll pick up your loaded boxes and store them at our facility or leave them onsite. When you’re ready, we deliver them back to your new location
