Within the standard service area, the initial delivery of an empty box and return to pickup a full box is $99 roundtrip. You can receive a precise delivery fee based on your zip code by using our online ordering tool or calling us directly. New customers who commit to a term of 4 months or longer within our standard service area receive free initial delivery.

Can you deliver a container to my base or address?
Yes. We deliver the Big Box container directly to your address (home, base quarters, etc.). You load it at your pace. After loading, you can either have us pick it up and store it securely, or keep it on site if accessible.
What are the dimensions and capacity of the container?
Each Big Box container is 8′ long x 5′ wide x 7′ high externally. Inside, that provides a generous amount of space for furniture, boxes, and gear.

Can I access my storage during deployment?
Yes! Access to our secure indoor facility is available 7 days a week. Simply provide 2 hours advance notice between 10am-3pm (call by 1pm, finish by 4pm), and your Big Box will be ready when you arrive. There’s never a charge to access your storage. You can also authorize family members to access your belongings on your behalf.
What happens if I get PCS orders suddenly?
We understand military life is unpredictable. With no minimum storage commitment required, you can store for as long or short as needed. We can pick up your loaded Big Box within days and either store it at our secure facility or ship it to your new duty station anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you handle last-minute deployments?
Yes! We work with your timeline. Contact us at (619) 353-5995, and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent delivery and pickup requests. Our team understands the urgency of deployment orders and will work quickly to get your storage solution in place.
Can family members access my storage?
Absolutely. You can authorize family members or trusted individuals to access your Big Box at our facility. Just provide their information when setting up your account, and they’ll be able to retrieve items with proper identification and 2 hours advance notice.
Is my military gear safe in a Big Box?
Yes. Big Box containers are made of sturdy wood with weather-resistant construction. When stored at our indoor facility, your belongings are protected by on-site staffing, motion sensors, perimeter alarms, and 24/7 video surveillance. Each box can hold up to 2,000 pounds of gear.
