Our service area is bordered by Fallbrook in the north, San Ysidro in the south, Alpine in the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west! Over 95% of the population of San Diego County lives within our service area. Storage delivery and pickup within most of this area are provided free of charge (based on a three-month minimum storage term). For addresses beyond the noted area but still within San Diego County, delivery and pickup services are available for a nominal fee (rates vary depending on the ZIP code).

The main Big Box Storage facility is located at 7077 Consolidated Way, San Diego, CA 92121.

Access is available every day of the week. To access your belongings, simply provide two hours advance notice between the hours of 10am and 3pm (need to call by 1pm and finish by 5pm) and your Big Box(es) will be ready for you when you arrive at the San Diego facility. There’s never a charge to access your storage!

No. As the rental agreement can be emailed to you for your-e-signature and payment can be made over the phone/online, your presence is not required at the time of delivery or pickup. If you are not going to be home, you’ll need to provide details on precisely where you would like to have the Big Box(es) placed at your address.
