Within the standard service area, the initial delivery of an empty box and return to pickup a full box is $99 roundtrip. New customers who commit to a term of 4 months or longer within our standard service area receive free initial delivery.

Yes! If you need something unexpectedly, we can deliver your box within 24 to 48 hours, or you can schedule facility access with advance notice.
What if I only need seasonal storage for 3 months?
Perfect! We offer 3 month seasonal storage packages. Unlike traditional facilities requiring long term leases, we work with YOUR seasonal schedule.
How do you protect holiday decorations and seasonal items?
Big Boxes are weatherproof, steel construction with secure locks. Items stored at our facility also have climate control options for added protection.
Can I store patio furniture cushions?
Absolutely. Many customers store cushions, umbrellas, and outdoor textiles during San Diego’s rainy season (December to March). Climate control recommended for premium fabrics.
Do you offer holiday decoration storage pick up in January?
Yes! We’re busy in January picking up Christmas decorations. It’s one of our most popular seasonal storage services. Book early for best availability.
Can seasonal storage be delivered to a different address?
Yes. Store your items at our facility after the season ends, then have us deliver them to a different address like a new home or vacation property when you need them.
What's the best way to pack seasonal items?
Use plastic bins for holiday decorations to protect against moisture, bubble wrap for fragile items, and label everything clearly. We can provide packing tips and supplies.
Do you store Christmas trees?
Yes! Artificial trees pack nicely in Big Boxes. We recommend original boxes or tree bags. Disassembled trees store most efficiently.
Can I store seasonal business inventory?
Absolutely. Many San Diego retailers and e commerce businesses use Big Box for seasonal inventory storage. We offer business invoicing and multiple box coordination.
