Big Box Storage, a national provider of portable storage services, is offering one month of free containerized storage space to all San Diego County residents displaced from their homes as a result of the San Diego fires. The company is also providing free storage container delivery and pickup to those affected by the fires.
The company’s service is one in which a storage container, a “Big Box,” is delivered to the customer’s home for loading. Once packed, it is picked up for storing at the company’s San Diego facilities, where it may be accessed any day of the week by the customer.
“We certainly want to do all we can to help the community in such a great time of need,” states Rita Hurley, Director of Customer Operations for Big Box Storage. “In remembering the Cedar Fires of 2003, we fully understand the level of stress and concern weighing on the shoulders of the families being uprooted.”
