Do I need experience in the storage industry to qualify? |
| No experience is necessary. Our ideal candidate will possess skills in the areas of marketing, communications, and business management. | |

Do I need to actively participate in the day to day operations of the facility? |
| Although it's not required, it is strongly recommended that you play an active role in the business. Either the principal, a family member, or a well trained manager will need to oversee the daily operations. Note that one of the many positive traits of the business is that it is not employee-intensive. In addition to the manager, the only other required employees are drivers/warehousemen. | |

How much is the initial franchise fee and the ongoing royalty fee? |
| The franchise fee ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 depending upon the population of your protected territory. The fee is $45,000 for those territories with populations below one million residents and it increases up to a maximum of $70,000, in increments of $5,000, for each additional two-hundred and fifty thousand residents in the territory. The ongoing royalty fee is 6% of adjusted gross sales. | |

How much cash or liquid assets are required? |
| For a Big Box Storage territory, it's estimated that you will need to invest a minimum of approximately $800,000 throughout the franchise's initial two years of operation. Complete data can be found within the company's Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). | |

Is financing available? |
| Although we do not offer internal financing, many franchisees will take advantage of small business financing, either through banks, SBA-backed loans, or finance companies, to cover part of their investment. Should you desire an introduction to some finance companies, please speak to a franchise representative. | |

How much can I expect to earn from my franchise? |
| While potential earnings are indeed limitless, please note that any financial representations made by the company are limited to those contained in Item 19 of the UFOC. | |

Will I receive the rights to an exclusive territory? |
| Yes, you will have the exclusive rights to a protected area that contains a minimum population of 500,000 residents. The pre-determined boundaries to such exclusive territory will be stated in your franchise agreement. | |

| Yes, qualified candidates may acquire multiple territories based on availability. | |
