Become a Franchisee

Step 1
Submit the initial info request form or contact a franchise representative.

Step 2
A franchise representative will forward the franchise application and confidentiality agreement to you either by mail, fax, or online (application only). Submit the documents to the company.

Step 3
After receiving your application, a franchise development manager will promptly contact you via telephone and thereafter forward the company's Uniform Franchise Offering Circular to you. The UFOC can be downloaded from our company's intranet or, if you prefer, it can be sent via mail.

Step 4
Acknowledge receipt of the UFOC by signing Item 23 of the document and forwarding it back to us via fax or mail. Begin your review of the UFOC.

Step 5
Based on your application, the company will make a preliminary determination regarding your qualifications as a franchisee.

Step 6
One or more in-depth, telephone interviews/Q & A sessions will be held to further determine if the parties share common goals and are otherwise compatible.

Step 7
A personal meeting will be scheduled at our offices in San Diego, CA. The time will be spent helping you to further understand our program and services.

Step 8
You will need to create a market development plan and submit it to the company.

Step 9
Our executive committee will review your submitted information and make the determination whether to award a franchise.

Step 10
Assuming you elect to become a franchisee, we will enter into a franchise agreement. Once executed, initial training will be scheduled and our support staff will provide assistance from this point and beyond.
